The CHOOSE Act: The CHOOSE Act is an Alabama program administered by the Alabama Department of Revenue that provides Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) for eligible K–12 students. Auburn Day School is a private school and an approved Education Service Provider (ESP), allowing eligible families to apply CHOOSE Act funds toward tuition and other qualified education expenses.
- Eligible families may receive $7,000 per student
- ESA funds may be used for tuition, fees, and other approved educational costs
- Students must:
- Be enrolled in grades K–12
- Be an Alabama resident
- Come from a household earning no more than 300% of the federal poverty level (based on the 2025 tax year)
