Hello, friends! My name is Katelyne Turner, and I am originally from Elba, Alabama. I have been a teacher at ADS for three years, and I enjoy helping children build confidence while developing important skills such as problem-solving and independence in a supportive environment.
While earning my degree in Early Childhood Development at Auburn University, I also opened my own dance company, Elite Performance and Fitness, which is why you will often find me in front of a mirror when I am not in the classroom. I have previously served as the Director of a childcare facility in my hometown, and I hope to one day open my own preschool and arts center.

I believe in creating a calm, nurturing environment where every child feels seen, supported, and understood.
It is truly a gift to know your children, whether they spend all day in my classroom or just a few moments with me at car line. I am grateful to be part of their days.
